Rugs WarrantyLIMITED WARRANTY |
The manufacturer warrants for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase that the performance of this area rug product will not be adversely affected by defects in the materials or workmanship used in manufacture. If the rug fails to meet this warranty, please contact the retailer. Upon return of the defective rug in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, the manufacturer will (at its option) either repair the defective rug or replace the defective rug with a comparable product. This is the exclusive remedy for any claims related to the rug. The manufacturer’s liability is limited to repair or replacement as stated herein. This warranty does not cover tears, burns, cuts, pulls or other damage, deterioration, problems or loss caused by abuse, misuse, use outside the home, neglect, improper maintenance, unapproved cleaning methods, or flood/excessive moisture. Coverage under this warranty is conditioned upon buyer promptly providing written notice of the warranty claim to the retailer or manufacturer no later than thirty (30) days after the expiration of the one (1) year warranty period.

THE LIMITED LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER LIABILITIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING UNDER STATE LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH HEREIN. IN NO CASE WILL MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
