Rug Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your rug within 30 days of when the rug was originally shipped from Bentley Prince Street. Bentley Prince Street Rugs are custom made to order, and therefore all returns will incur a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. On all returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to Bentley Prince Street in City of Industry, CA. Returned product must be in new and unused condition. Any rugs returned damaged by the customer or damaged during return shipping will not be accepted. To return a rug, please obtain a return authorization number from Bentley Prince Street.
